Hey! "Everything happens for a reason"- If reading that made you cringe, I may be your therapist. "Everything is fine"- If reading that sounds super familiar, I may be your girl. I also may be the one, if it usually takes a lot to get you mad; but sometimes you see red before you know it. Someone can say 100 positive things about you but you can't forget the 1 negative. You question if people actually like you. You have a relationship with one or both of your parents, but one of the relationships could definitely be better. You have this voice in your head telling you what you should be doing, buuuuuut you keep scrolling on your phone.

If you're imagining crying about middle school while someone says, "Tell me how you feel"- That's not therapy with me. My style is more of the figuring you out with dark humor, sarcasm, and belly laughs style. We learn together about what you are like, is that truly you, what do you want more of, and what will work to get there (also where there even is).

By using my warm, but genuine, with playfulness added in detective type of approach- We will explore what makes who you are, gain a better understanding of your emotions, explore what thought patterns drain you, and learn how to use the insight and skills learned in therapy to have energy to do what you want, or don't want, to do.
